We offer a variety of contract services, fixed rate flat fee contracts, fixed fee cost plus contracts and cost plus contracts. Depending on the size of and scope of your project we feel that our variety and flexibility of services will provide you with the most cost effective and transparent experience.

Spring Mountain Builders LLC specializes in the construction of custom homes ranging from 1500 square feet to 12,000 square feet. We have built or construction managed a wide range of projects over the years ranging from small and large homes, condominiums, renovations, light commercial buildings and entire residential sub-divisions. We take great pride in all of our projects regardless of size or type.

Spring Mountain Builders LLC was established in 2009 by John Dean. John has over 30 years of experience building custom homes and managing the construction of a wide range of projects. John has a business degree and he takes pride in his professionalism, customer service and his overall cost savings approach without sacrificing quality. John personally oversees each and every project.
